Peace and tranquility in a wonderful setting. The Lodge is 5 star plus and has everything you need. It's an ideal place to get away from the treadmill to simply relax and recharge. We have stayed twice and will definitely be returning.
Verified Guest
The lodge is superbly maintained and presented to a high standard. The surroundings are a haven of peace and tranquility. A wonderful place to relax and unwind, away from the hustle.and bustle. We have already booked a repeat visit!
Verified Guest
Excellent location and property. Comfortable, spacious and all facilities provided.
Verified Guest
Lovely lodge, very comfortable and even though it is one of 5 it was very private. Great for the dogs and the hot tub was a real bonus! We had a very relaxing break and would definitely return.
Verified Guest
Better than expecting, spacious and more privacy than we expected! Can’t wait to return.
Verified Guest
The location of this lodge is idyllic, and there was everything you could possibly need in the lodge. The reason for my lower score, is that the property could really benefit from some TLC, the paintwork needs refreshing, carpets were dirty, and the 2nd bedroom the carpet was frayed at the door, the curtains throughout really need a wash.
Verified Guest
Beautiful lodge... spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Peaceful and tranquil setting. I could happily move in! But, as this is (sadly) not an option, have booked to stay again in May and September :-)
Verified Guest
Beautiful property in lovely rural surroundings. Peaceful and secluded spot. This is our second stay here and I need to have some relaxing time as I care for my husband who has Alzheimer's and it can be very challenging.
Verified Guest
Beautiful location, amazing lodge and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch not had that before, good size rooms. We all loved our stay and tried to book for Xmas, but fully booked already :( will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you
Verified Guest
Exceptionally clean and well presented, great accommodation in a lovely location.

Woodbell Lodge was peaceful tucked away haven. Totally outstripped our expectations. A luxurious place to relax and unwind from life's hustle and bustle. The welcome basket was so wonderfully generous! However, although they advertised a well stocked fishing lake the fish were very shy for me!!! Any concerns about the lodge was received with a prompt and efficient response. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.

Everything was provided for a relaxing stay. 5* comforts Amazing lodge. Best welcome pack, we have ever received. Hot tub was super and well checked . So peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed .
Verified Guest
Fantastic stay, hopefully be back again. Only feedback was that the rooms were very hot in the evenings and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the doors open which was the only way to cool the room.
Verified Guest
Amazing in every way!!! Will definitely be returning. Loved everything about woodbell lodge, and my 3 dogs would agree with me. Perfect!!!!!!!
Verified Guest
The cleaning lady came a day early telling us that we should have left at 11am. Plus we did not damage the property and were not refunded the damage waiver of £150 which I think for 4 nights is extortionate. The lodge itself was ok nothing exceptional.
Verified Guest
A very tranquil and beautiful spot, the lodge was very spacious with everything you could possibly need. The weather was a bonus so took advantage of the al fresco dining opportunities. The dogs loved the lake and happily swam in it every day of our stay. Would definitely stay again.
