We really enjoyed our stay here! The place had all we needed for a relaxing holiday, including a coffee machine which was a lovely bonus. It's peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring Suffolk. Definitely a spot we'd return to if we get the chance!
Emily Carter

Alex Carter
Great stay, highly recommend it!
Sam
Can't wait to return, genuinely enjoyed the whole experience here!
Alex
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Flatford Mill, great for dog walks. As wheelchair users, we found the access superb-flat surfaces and no steps, though there's a big lip at the laundry room which we couldn't get over. It did get quite cold at night and mornings, especially when showering, because the thermostats are locked at 20.5 degrees, even when snowing outside. On the bright side, the beds are incredibly comfy-definitely a cosy spot to unwind!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, modern cottage. It's super clean and well-equipped, with little touches like coffee and biscuits waiting for us. The surroundings are stunning-so peaceful, we could see loads of stars and hear owls at night. The vibe upon arrival was warm and welcoming, which was great. Perfect for day trips to London or Cambridgeand a cosy base to unwind. We definitely hope to return someday!
