Lions House is a waterside glamping cabin at Piggles, a small site of just three cabins near Brinkley in Cambridgeshire. Set beside natural lakes with open countryside views, it sits 5 miles south of Newmarket and just 30 minutes from Cambridge. The setting is genuinely peaceful surrounded by water and wildlife with very few neighbours.
The site has rowing boats, a putting green, badminton and a gazebo picnic spot. Row out to Duck Island and watch the ducks. There's a treehouse platform used for yoga. The pub is a 5-minute walk away. Cambridge is 30 minutes by car punting, museums, shops and cafés all within easy reach.
Lions House sleeps 2 as standard and up to 4 with a sofa bed or put-up bed.
